Join us this February for the next installment of our Monthly Music Clinics! We’re excited to welcome Nick Mardon for an engaging session on the foundations of guitar performance. As a seasoned performer, producer, and even working at Emerald City Guitars, Nick will guide us through a lesson on this iconic instrument that shapes so many modern genres. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, this event is open to all skill levels—no prior guitar experience required. House guitar will be available for hands-on demo and Q&A. Nick Mardon is a Seattle-based guitarist, vocalist, producer, and educator celebrated for his versatility and dedication to live performance. Raised in the Snoqualmie Valley, he began playing guitar at a young age and quickly expanded to multiple instruments, later teaching and performing while still in high school. Today, Nick fronts the Nick Mardon Trio, collaborates on tribute and original projects, and blends blues, rock, and modern pop influences in his music. Alongside an active touring schedule across the Pacific Northwest and beyond, he works at Emerald City Guitars and produces for local artists, recently collaborating with Scott Clay, Audrey Collins, Aaron Crawford, Kitty Mae, Zan Fiskum, and Jesse James and the MOB. Known for his professionalism and musicianship, Nick creates meaningful, memorable musical experiences both onstage and in the studio.
