Details: STG’s Wellness Series offers a judgment-free space to honor our best selves. Self-care is a radical act, and this program explores three cornerstones of wellness: Movement, Writing, and Sound.

In this first installment, we’ll focus on movement through two sessions connecting brain, body, and energy. Bronwen Houck of The Creative Dance Center leads BrainDance, a body–brain practice supporting reorganization, oxygenation, and recuperation. Kimberly Ivy, founder of Embrace The Moon Taijiquan & Qigong, then guides a calming Qigong practice to ease stress and restore flow during the holiday season.
